国家“双创”背景下科技型中小企业创新项目风险评估模型研究

摘要:

本文首先分析了科技型中小企业创新项目的风险因素，构建了科技型中小企业创新项目风险评估指标体系。然后在总结各种风险评估模型优势和劣势基础上，提出一种基于模糊C均值聚类的风险评估模型，并通过实例论证了该模型的可行性及优越性。该评估模型基于部分代表性历史数据，使得评估结果客观可靠，而且该模型程序简单、运算量小、容易实现，为有效评估国家“双创”背景下科技型中小企业创业项目风险提供了理论依据和方法支持，具有理论意义和实用价值。

Abstract:

A risk assessment model based on fuzzy c-means clustering was proposed in this paper, and the feasibility and superiority of this model were demonstrated through examples. The proposed risk assessment model provides theoretical basis and method support for effectively assessing the risks of entrepreneurial projects of small and medium-sized technological enterprises under the background of "innovation and entrepreneurship" in China, with theoretical significance and practical value.
