Abstract:The transformation of universities’ Sci-Tech Achievements promote the education chain, talent chain and industrial chain, innovation chain organic convergence, polishing scientific research talent education up and training innovative talents. Based on the perspective of fostering innovative talents, Using the evolutionary game theory approach to explore the evolutionary patterns and stabilizing strategies for the transformation of universities’ Sci-Tech Achievements to promote innovative talents cultivation. The research indicates that Universities actively promote Sci-Tech Achievements transformation to improve the cultivation of innovative talents is the proper balanced strategy, in which the expenses of Sci-Tech Achievements transformation promote innovative talents cultivation actively & the looses if negatively are regulatory factors that influence the stability and evolution of university behaviors. Therefore, several urgent measures should be putted to guide universities' behavior to the positive direction evolution, such as strengthen university concept guidance, inspire enterprise subjectivity, and deepen institution reform.
