    摘要:

    随着泛在电力物联网建设的落实,创新成果孵化转化工作的推进,研究泛在电力物联网和创新孵化网络之间作用机理的必要性和重要性逐渐突出,双网的有效融合将推进双网协同发展,有效促进创新能力的提升和创新成果的转化,实现打造“三型两网”世界一流能源互联网企业的战略部署。首先界定泛在电力物联网和创新孵化网络的内涵,分析两者的关系模式,确定两者的耦合域;然后采用系统动力学方法分析两者之间的耦合作用机理,并提出推动双网协同发展、促进区域经济发展的政策建议;最后以国网浙江电力“双创”基地为对象进行案例分析。

    Abstract:

    Along with the implementation of the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of things, the promotion of incubation and transformation of innovation results, the necessity and importance of studying the mechanism of interaction between ubiquitous power Internet of things and innovation incubation network has become increasingly prominent, the effective integration of dual networks will promote the coordinated development of dual networks, effectively promote the improvement of innovation capabilities and the transformation of innovation achievements, and realize the strategic deployment of creating a world-class Internet enterprise of energy with “three types and two networks”. Firstly, the connotation of ubiquitous power Internet of things and innovation incubation network is defined, the relationship between the two is analyzed and the coupling domain of the two is determined. Then the system dynamics method is used to analyze the coupling mechanism between the two, the policy recommendations for promoting the coordinated development of dual networks and promoting regional economic development are provided.Finally, a case study on the State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Double-Creation Base is conducted.
