竞争情报服务区域科技创新的障碍因素探析

Analysis on the Barriers of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Competitive Intelligence Service Areas

摘要:

[目的/意义] 对竞争情报服务区域科技创新的影响因素探究,旨在为区域科技创新发展提供高质、高效的竞争情报服务。[方法/过程] 基于前人的研究以及服务能力的影响特点引入信息资源、服务战略、情报服务、服务技术、服务环境等五大影响因素,通过发放调查问卷及面对面调研问卷,在有效问卷的基础之上利用SPSS20.0软件对其进行因子分析和统计分析。[结果/结论] 通过因子分析和统计分析发现：竞争情报服务区域科技创新存在较为严重的障碍,影响程度最为突出的是数据采集能力、数据处理能力、人才资源等因素。为此,本文提出以下两点建议(1)提高信息技术的发展,为竞争情报服务提供技术支持,大力发展计算机技术和人工智能等高端人才的培养。(2)加大基础资源的投入,为竞争情报服务提供平台和服务环境,为竞争情报联动供给服务模式的建设奠定基础。

Abstract:

[Purpose/meaning] The influencing factors of technological innovation in competitive intelligence service are aimed at providing high quality and efficient competitive intelligence services for regional science and technology innovation and development. [Methods/Processes] Based on the predecessors" research and the impact characteristics of service capabilities, five major influencing factors, such as information resources, service strategy, information service, service technology and service environment, were introduced. The questionnaires and face-to-face questionnaires were distributed on the basis of effective questionnaires. Based on SPSS20.0 software, factor analysis and statistical analysis were performed. [Results/Conclusions] Through factor analysis and statistical analysis, it is found that there are serious obstacles in the technological innovation of competitive intelligence service regions. The most prominent impacts are data collection capabilities, data processing capabilities, and human resources. To this end, this paper proposes the following two suggestions: (1) to improve the development of information technology, provide technical support for competitive intelligence services, and vigorously develop the cultivation of high-end talents such as computer technology and artificial intelligence. (2) Increase investment in basic resources, provide a platform and service environment for competitive intelligence services, and lay the foundation for the construction of competitive intelligence linkage supply service model.
