广东企业科技特派员与企业耦合的评价研究

摘要:

加强企业科技特派员与企业的耦合是推进产学合作，提升合作效果的重要举措。本文在耦合及协同理论的基础上，构建企业科技特派员与企业耦合评价模型，并对广东企业科技特派员与企业合作的情况进行了实证研究，结果表明：广东企业科技特派员与企业之间尚未建立起紧密的联系，双方处于相对脱节的状态，没有形成良性的互动关系。

Abstract:

strengthening the coupling between enterprise technology correspondent and enterprises is an important measure to promote industry-university cooperation and enhance the effect of cooperation.Based on the theory of coupling and synergy, this paper constructs a coupling evaluation model between enterprise science and technology commissioners and enterprises and conducts an empirical study on the cooperation between Guangdong's enterprise science and technology commissioners and enterprises. The results show that:the close relationship between Guangdong enterprise science and technology commissioners and enterprises has not yet been established, and the two sides are in a relatively disconnected state and have not formed a benign interaction.
