数字化背景下的创新价值链国外综述与未来展望

Literature Review on Innovation Value Chain under the Context of Digitization

摘要:

创新价值链对于企业的发展是十分重要的，因为它能够清晰展示出创新过程的每一个环节，可以帮助管理者对企业进行优化升级，将精力集中在薄弱环节以及重视创新过程的各个相互影响的环节。本文在梳理文献的基础上，介绍了创新价值链的概念，并与创新过程和知识价值链这两个容易混淆的概念进行辨析，随后围绕知识来源、知识转化、知识利用三个环节分别进行评述，并且在数字化转型的背景下，阐述了数字化知识网络如何形成，最后提出未来的三个研究方向，即数字化创新过程或具体形式、数字化知识网络中的参与者类型及约束条件、数字化创新能力和资源协调能力。本文的研究对国内创新价值链的研究和实践提供有益的启示。

Abstract:

The innovation value chain is very important for the sustainable development of the enterprises, because it can clearly show every link of the innovation activities, which would help the manager to optimize and upgrade the enterprises, and improve the weak links as well as paying attention to each link during the value chain. Based on previous literature, this paper first introduces the concept of innovation value chain, and analyzes the two easily confusing concepts of innovation process and knowledge value chain. Then it reviews knowledge source, knowledge transformation and knowledge exploitation. Furthermore, this paper also explains how to form digital knowledge network in the context of digital transformation. Finally this paper proposes three future research directions, namely the process of digital innovation or the specific forms, the types of participants or constraints in the digital knowledge network, and digital capabilities to coordinate resources. The research provides useful hints for the following research and practice of innovation value chain in China.
