Abstract:Government information resource sharing is a complex and important project, which is the basis of government service innovation. By identifying key influencing factors, it promotes the sharing of government information resources and service innovation. In order to solve the problem of identifying key influencing factors, a model combining gray correlation analysis and fuzzy cluster analysis is used to identify key influencing factors. Through literature research combined with practice summary, 43 indicators were selected to construct an analysis process and conduct empirical research.Based on the results of grey fuzzy clustering, countermeasures or suggestions for promoting government data sharing were proposed. For the identification of key influencing factors of information resources sharing between provincial and municipal governments, provide a comprehensive solution that can be used for reference.
