Abstract:By constructing a coupling synergy model between the two systems of technological innovation and standardization, the degree of coupling and coupling coordination between China's technological innovation and standardization from 2006 to 2015 are measured. The results show that the level of technical innovation and standardization, and the degree of system coupling and coordination are on the rise, and the development stage of the coupling and coordination between the two systems is also evolving from the initial serious imbalance to moderate coordination, and the coupling and coordination between the two systems is developing dynamically. The research results provide policy recommendations for the high-quality development of China's national technology standard innovation base construction, and the coordinated development of technological innovation and standardization.
