新兴项目风险投资评价指标研究——基于模糊综合评价法

摘要:

随着新兴技术创新行业的日益发展，评估项目也已成为企业选择投资项目中的重要环节。本文通过国内外研究对新兴技术项目投资选择的影响因子进行分析和归纳，以影响因素为一级指标，结合企业投资的战略定位与目标，从技术、市场、产业、一致性和社会效应五个阶段构建新指标体系。最后利用经过模糊综合评价法对3D技术项目投资进行评估，发现技术指标占据重要的地位。通过实例分析验证了本文的指标模型可行性，同时案例选取也有很高的研究价值。

Abstract:

With the development of the emerging technology innovation industry, evaluation project has become an important link in the selection of investment projects. This paper analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of investment selection of emerging technology projects through domestic and foreign researches, takes the influencing factors as the first-level index, combines the strategic positioning and target of enterprise investment, and constructs a new index system from five stages of technology, market, industry, consistency and social effect. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the investment of 3D technology project, and it is found that the technical index occupies an important position. The feasibility of the index model in this paper is verified by case analysis, and the case selection is also of high research value.
