利用我国2004-2017年30个省市的数据所构成的动态空间面板杜宾模型,结合中介效应的分析方法研究了地区环保投资对绿色技术创新的影响。结果表明,地区环保投资和城镇化发展均可以推动绿色技术创新,且存在显著的正向空间相关性;城镇化发展可以成为地区环保投资影响绿色技术创新的中介变量,即地区环保投资可以通过其自身对绿色技术创新产生直接影响,同时还会通过城镇化对绿色技术创新产生间接影响;产业结构发展、技术进步、就业情况对绿色技术创新起到了促进作用,外商直接投资对绿色技术创新的发展有抑制作用。因此,要充分发挥地区环保投资对绿色技术创新的促进效应,不仅需要加大投资力度和提升城镇化水平,更需要提高地区间的协同合作。

Using the dynamic spatial panel Durbin model composed of data from 30 provinces and cities in China from 2004 to 2017, the influence of regional environmental investment on green technology innovation is studied by combining the analysis method of intermediary effect. The results show that both regional environmental investment and urbanization development can promote green technology innovation, and there is a significant positive spatial correlation. At the same time, it will have an indirect impact on green technology innovation through urbanization, the development of industrial structure, technological progress and employment situation have played a role in promoting green technology innovation, and foreign direct investment will inhibit the development of green technology innovation. Therefore, to give full play to the promotion effect of regional environmental protection investment on green technology innovation, it is necessary not only to increase investment and raise the level of urbanization, but also to improve the coordination between regions.
