不完全契约下军民融合互惠性协同创新思想与路径的理论阐释*

Theoretical Interpretation of the Thought and Path of Reciprocal Collaborative Innovation of Civil and Civil Integration under Incomplete Contract

摘要:

我国军民融合建设历经四十余年,取得了一定的成效,但与西方发达国家仍存在着较大的差距。现有的相关研究局限于“理性经济人”自利偏好的框架,未能充分解释军民融合的真实过程。在不完全契约下,互惠性偏好在军民融合中具有现实的价值,是军民融合未来成长与发展的依托。植入互惠性偏好的委托-代理分析揭示了互惠型军民融合的微观机理,阐释了军民融合中协同创新的存在性、合理性和有效性,为互惠型军民融合在理论上和实践上的双重推进奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:

China"s military-civilian integration construction has achieved certain results after more than 40 years, but there is still a big gap with the western developed countries. The existing relevant research is limited to the framework of self-interested preferences of “rational economic people” and fails to fully explain the real process of military-civilian integration. Under the incomplete contract, the reciprocal preference has realistic value in the military-civilian integration, and it is the support for the future growth and development of military and civilian integration. The principal-agent analysis of reciprocal preference reveals the micro-mechanism of reciprocal military-civilian integration, and explains the existence, rationality and effectiveness of collaborative innovation in military-civilian integration. It is a theoretical and practical duality for reciprocal military-civil integration. Advance laid the theoretical foundation.
