知识产权能力是企业能力的有机组成部分,对于实现企业可持续发展具有重要意义。基于耦合理论从系统的视角对企业知识产权能力进行研究,构建企业知识产权能力系统,分析企业知识产权能力系统各子系统的耦合关系、耦合驱动因素与制约因素,在此基础上提出企业知识产权能力系统耦合的实现路径。

Abstract:

Intellectual property ability is an integral part of enterprise capability, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the coupling theory, the paper studies the intellectual property capability of enterprises from a systematic perspective, constructs the intellectual property capability system of enterprises, and analyses the coupling relationship, coupling driving factors and constraints of each subsystem. On this basis, the paper puts forward realization path for the coupling of the intellectual property capability system.
