科技成果转化为技术标准发展现状与典型路径

摘要:

在国家高度重视科技成果转化为技术标准、大力推动高质量发展的背景下,地方政府、企事业单位、科研院所等不断加强基础能力建设,积极探索科技成果转化为技术标准创新模式,并形成了一些好的经验做法。本文在论述国内外科技成果转化为技术标准发展现状的基础上,总结分析了不同科技成果转化主体在开展相关工作过程中形成的典型路径,并提出了对策建议。

Abstract:

Under the background that the state attaches great importance to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards and vigorously promotes high-quality development, local governments, enterprises and institutions, research institutes and other institutions have constantly strengthened basic capacity building, actively explored innovation models for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards, and formed some good experience and practices. On the basis of discussing the development status of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and analyzes the typical paths of transforming scientific and technological achievements into technology standrads, and puts forward some suggestions.
