高校学科交叉科研项目组织的探索与启示—以上海交通大学多学科交叉研究基金为例

Exploration and Enlightenment of the Organization of Interdisciplinary Research Projects in Universities—Taking the Multidisciplinary Research Fund of Shanghai Jiaotong University as an example

上海交通大学多学科交叉研究基金始终坚持以问题为导向,秉持需求指引、服务大局、激励创新、持续支持、特色发展、深度融合的发展思路,通过搭建虚实结合的载体支撑平台、构建协同完善的制度保障体系、建立科学合理的人才选拔、培养和激励机制等建设举措,形成了具有典型示范意义的学科交叉科研项目组织模式。实践表明,学科交叉科研项目的组织应以内外因协同为先决条件,以多渠道筹措资金为支撑条件,以汇聚优秀人才为关键核心,以创新管理机制为重要保障,进而切实解决人才资源缺乏、资金支持匮乏、配套机制障碍等困境。

Abstract:

Shanghai Jiaotong University Multidisciplinary Interdisciplinary Research Fund has always adhered to the problem-oriented approach, adhering to the development ideas of demand guidance, service, incentive innovation, sustained support, characteristic development and deep integration, through the construction of a support platform for the combination of virtual and real carriers, the construction of a coordinated and perfect system guarantee system, and the establishment of a scientific and rational one. The construction measures of talent selection, training and incentive mechanism have formed a typical model of interdisciplinary scientific research project organization. Practice shows that the organization of interdisciplinary scientific research projects should take the coordination of internal and external factors as the precondition, multi-channel fund-raising as the support condition, the gathering of outstanding talents as the key core, and the innovation of management mechanism as the important guarantee, so as to effectively solve the dilemma of lack of talent resources, lack of financial support and obstacles of supporting mechanism.
