Abstract:Based on the theory of resource orchestration, a theoretical model of crowdsourcing pattern is adopted to improve crowdsourcing capability through resource flexibility and coordination flexibility. Using the questionnaire survey data from 247 Chinese companies to empirically test the hypothesis and impact path.The results show that:(1)Crowdsourcing pattern have a positive and significant impact on crowdsourcing capabilities;(2) Resource flexibility has a partial mediation effect between inward-oriented and crowdsourcing capabilities; coordination flexibility has a partial mediation effect between outward-oriented crowdsourcing and crowdsourcing capabilities;(3) Organizational learning climate and processes formalization are positively regulating the relationship between introverted crowdsourcing and resource flexibility, outward-oriented crowdsourcing and coordination flexibility. The research results reveal how the crowdsourcing pattern can improve the crowdsourcing capabilities, which has certain enlightenment for the construction of crowdsourcing capabilities in Chinese enterprises.
