基于中国工业污染现状,采用2008年-2016年工业35个细分行业的面板数据,建立面板数据模型,并根据污染程度,将35个行业划分为污染密集型和清洁生产型,分别研究环境规制强度对污染密集型行业和清洁生产型行业绩效的影响。同时,结合创新管理,探究产品创新与工艺创新在环境规制强度与行业绩效间的中介作用。结果表明:环境规制强度对污染密集型和清洁生产型的行业绩效均产生抑制作用;在污染密集型行业中,产品创新与工艺创新发挥着重要的中介作用,其中产品创新的中介作用大于工艺创新的;而在清洁生产型行业中,产品创新与工艺创新则发挥着完全中介作用。

Based on the current situation of industrial pollution in China, the panel data was collected in 35 sub-sectors of industry from 2008 to 2016. The panel data model was established. According to the degree of pollution, the paper divides 35 industries into pollution-intensive and clean-production types. Study the impact of environmental regulation intensity on performance in pollution-intensive industries and production-cleaning industries. Furthermore, combined with innovation management, this paper study the mediating role of product innovation and process innovation in this process. The results show that the intensity of environmental regulation has a depressing effect on both pollution-intensive and clean-production industry performance. In pollution-intensive industries, product innovation and process innovation play an important intermediary role, in which the mediating effect of product innovation is greater than process innovation. In the clean-production industry, product innovation and process innovation play a full intermediary role.
