摘要:

随着智慧建造技术发展，设计企业智慧设计实现方法倍受关注。研究符合设计企业设计管理需求的管理平台，解决设计企业设计管理中的数据安全问题，提高建筑设计企业的设计数据安全，是设计企业完成转型升级的必经之路。设计阶段的数据管理是建设项目全生命周期数据管理中的一环，通过对三维协同设计、建筑数据化管理等的现状进行分析研究，就三维模型批注查阅不便、建筑数据格式多样化、数据安全性低等问题，运用DLP手段、数字水印技术、数据编码等计算机技术构建了一个设计管理平台，该平台过滤了设计环节数据采集的恶意信息；阻止了数据处理过程中的数据丢失与被盗；通过数据源的追溯，解决了企业间的纠纷问题。最后，对该平台的建设与应用进行研究分析，提出了可普适推广使用的模式路径。

With the development of smart construction technology, design companies' implementation of smart design has attracted much attention. Studying the management platform that meets the design management needs of design enterprises, solving the data security problems in design management of design enterprises, and improving the design data security of architectural design enterprises is the only way for design enterprises to complete the transformation and upgrade. The data management in the design phase is a part of the data management of the whole life cycle of the construction project. By analyzing and researching the current situation of 3D collaborative design and building data management, it is inconvenient to review the 3D model annotations, diversify the building data format, and data security Low-level problems, using DLP methods, digital watermarking technology, data coding and other computer technologies to build a design management platform that filters out malicious information collected during the design process; prevents data loss and theft during data processing; Through the tracing of data sources, disputes between enterprises have been resolved. Finally, the construction and application of this platform are researched and analyzed, and a model path for universal application is proposed.
