谋求有效的农药减施政策已成为近年来农业可持续发展的目标之一,农户绿色防控技术的采用有助于化学农药的减量使用。基于陕西省200户果农的微观数据,使用泊松模型,分析影响农户绿色防控技术采用行为的因素。研究表明,补贴政策显著促进农户采用绿色防控技术,技术效果认知及技术易用性也对农户技术采用具有显著正向影响,苹果收入占家庭总收入比重对农户技术采用具有显著负向影响。由此提出,政府应加强绿色防控技术补贴政策实施,保障农户技术采用的收益,并提高农户对绿色防控技术的认知程度。

Seeking for the effective policies of reducing pesticide use has been the focus of agricultural sustainable development in recent years. A random selected sample of 146 small-scale farmers on the Loess Plateau of China was investigated in 2018. We analyzed the relationship of subsidy policy, effect cognition of environment-friendly pest control and the adoption of environment-friendly pest control by poisson regression. The results show that, subsidies on environment-friendly pest control, effect cognition of environment-friendly pest control and the easy-use perception of environment-friendly pest control promote the adoption of environment-friendly pest control significantly. Percentage of apple income affect the adoption of environment-friendly pest control negatively. Thus, this paper suggests that the government should perfect the subsidy policy on environment-friendly pest control, guarantee the market income of apples with environment-friendly pest control and improve farmers’ knowledge about environment-friendly pest control.
