Abstract:Deviant as a social behavior was first proposed by sociologists. This concept has been valued by management scholars, and creative deviant has gradually become a new research direction. In recent years, Chinese scholars have a strong interest in creative deviant, and research literature in the Chinese context is also increasing. In this context, it is necessary to sort out the existing research results of the creative deviant. This paper first studies the concept of creative deviant and its connotation, then analyzes the difference between creative deviant and technological innovation, and civic organizational behavior. On this basis, it discusses the antecedents, processes and results of creative deviant, and constructs a model of creative deviant process. Finally, based on the existing research, the management implications and research prospects of creative deviant are proposed.
