随着学术创业的兴起和创业型大学的发展,高校在科技成果商业化活动中扮演着越来越重要的角色。基于对来自272名创业型大学学者的有效样本的实证分析,从行为动机和行为意向视角,研究创业型大学对学者的商业化动机与学术创业意向的影响机理。结果表明:(1)高校创业使命对学者的个人成就动机产生显著正向影响,对科研动机没有显著影响;高校传统使命对两类商业化动机均产生显著正向影响;(2)高校创业使命对学者创办公司意向形成具有显著积极影响,而高校传统使命显著正向影响专利许可意向和产业合作与咨询意向;(3)商业化动机在高校使命与学者学术创业意向之间起中介作用。

With the emergence of academic entrepreneurship and development of entrepreneurial universities, university missions play important roles in research commercialization. Based on an empirical study with 272 valid samples, we explored how university mission influence academic scientists’ commercialization motivation and academic entrepreneurial intentions. The results indicate that: (1) university third mission is positively related to individual achievement motivations but not to the research motivations; university traditional mission significantly affect these two kinds of individual commercialization motivations; (2) university third mission is positively related to academic scientists’ spin-off intentions, while university traditional mission is significantly influence patenting and licensing intention and contract research and consulting intentions; (3) the relationship between university mission and academic scientists’ academic entrepreneurial intentions is mediated by individual commercialization motivations.
