本文以广东省内20个地级以上城市为研究对象，通过基于熵值法的综合评价法与超效率DEA对比分析了各个城市的创新孵化能力及效率，并将各个城市划分为高能低效，低能高效，能效匹配三种类型，发现广东省内各城市创新孵化能力与效率差异较大，创新孵化能力与效率两者不匹配，并结合实证结果提出相关意见与对策

Taking 20 cities above prefecture level in Guangdong Province as the research object, this paper compares and analyzes the innovation hatching ability and efficiency of each city by means of comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy method and super-efficiency DEA model, and divides each city into three types: high energy and low efficiency, low energy and high efficiency, and energy effect matching. It is found that the innovation incubation ability and efficiency of each city in Guangdong Province are quite different, and the innovation incubation ability and efficiency are not incompatible. Combined with the empirical results, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions and countermeasures
