Abstract:More and more researches show that organizational ambidexterity is critical to the organization's prosperity, however, in the past, the dual organization has more empirical data demonstration from the aspects of dual antecedents and results, and the research on its own identity and realization path is insufficient. Firstly, this paper summarizes the two conceptual differences of organizational duality on the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad, and analyzes the differences of organizational duality in measurement dimensions and the synergistic effects between dimensions; then, the paper introduces three kinds of identity fuzziness dualistic organization, and constructs the core tension forming mechanism and the path mechanism framework of dualistic realization from the perspective of dualistic trade-off and balance view; finally, according to the current situation of the research and existing shortcomings, the paper puts forward the future research ideas and suggestions.
