基于复合协调度模型的创新主体协同机理研究

摘要:

创新主体协同对提高产业技术创新能力具有重要意义。本文基于复合协调度模型,利用高技术产业不同行业2013-2017年面板数据,对创新主体协同进行机理分析。研究发现,以企业为核心的产业技术内部创新主体与政府、高校、科研院所等外部创新主体协同度虽然增加,但整体水平不高,高技术产业不同行业创新主体协同度存在显著差异,高技术产业5大行业中电子及通讯设备制造业创新主体之间的协同度最高,航空、航天器及设备制造业创新主体协同度最低且增加的幅度也低于其他行业,最后针对存在的问题提出了相关对策建议。

Abstract:

Collaboration of innovation subjects is of great significance to improve the capability of industrial technological innovation. Based on the model of compound coordination degree, this paper uses panel data of different industries of high-tech industry from 2013 to 2017 to analyze the mechanism of innovation subject coordination. The results show that although the degree of cooperation between the internal innovation subject of industry and technology with enterprises as the core and the external innovation subject of industry-university-research cooperation such as government, universities and scientific research institutes has increased, the degree of cooperation between innovation subject and external innovation subject has increased. The overall level is not high. There are significant differences in the synergies among innovation subjects in different industries of high-tech industry. Among the five major industries of high-tech industry, the synergies among innovation subjects in electronics and communication equipment manufacturing industry are the highest, while the synergies among innovation subjects in aviation, spacecraft and equipment manufacturing industry are the lowest and the increase is also lower than that in other industries. After that, the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.
