基于区块链的制造企业信息共享文明模式研究

制造企业内部高效的信息共享有助于提高企业绩效，但是目前信息共享与信息安全之间存在既定的矛盾和冲突问题，给企业内部信息共享带来困难。在既有的研究基础上，将区块链理念引入制造企业信息共享管理中，探求一种新的企业基础信息共享模式，试图解决目前典型制造企业基础信息共享模式中存在着跨部门信息协同一致难和相互信任难的核心问题。通过分析目前典型传统信息共享模式的缺陷，基于区块链技术的本质特征并解析信息共享文明，构建一种基于区块链的新型制造企业内部信息资源共享文明模式，并给出系统框架和运行流程。

Abstract:

Efficient information sharing within manufacturing enterprises can help improve corporate performance. However, there are established contradictions and conflicts between information sharing and information security, which brings difficulties to internal information sharing. Based on the existing research, the blockchain concept is introduced into the information sharing management of manufacturing enterprises, and a new enterprise basic information sharing model is explored, trying to solve the cross-departmental information synergy in the basic information sharing mode of typical manufacturing enterprises. The core problem of difficulty and mutual trust is difficult. By analyzing the defects of the typical traditional information sharing mode, based on the essential characteristics of blockchain technology and analyzing the information sharing civilization, a block-based civilized model of internal information resource sharing of new manufacturing enterprises is constructed, and the system framework and operation process are given.
