Abstract:This paper establishes an evaluation model on green development of energy, including five dimensions of energy supply structure,energy consumption structure, “Electric power replacement” and “clean energy replacement”, energy saving and consumption reduction, and environmental coordination. Taking Henan Province as an example, this paper measures the level of green development of energy in Henan Province from 2008 to 2017 by the entropy method. The results show level of green development of energy in Henan had risen in the past ten years. The evaluation index of “Electric power replacement” and “clean energy replacement” had increased the fastest during that period in Henan, the contribution of which to the level of green development of energy had been the largest in the five dimensions since 2013. The evaluation level of energy production structure and energy consumption structure had increased slightly. The energy saving and consumption reduction had always been an important support to improve the level of green development of energy, and the dimension of energy saving and consumption reduction had close correlation with the dimension of environmental coordination.
