我国高校科研团队研究综述

A Summary of Researches on University Research Teams in China

摘要:

科学研究是我国高校的重大使命之一，高校作为科学研究的最大群体，是我国社会的重要创新力量，因此，对于高校科研团队的研究应该引起我国学者的重视。通过寻找了过去18年来国内学者对高校科研团队的研究，最终筛选出341高校科研团队的相关文献，采用描述性统计与系统性分析的方法，对我国高校科研团队的研究阶段进行了划分，总结了主要研究主题和理论贡献，并进一步简要评述了国内相关研究现状，提出了现阶段我国高校科研团队研究的不足，为我国高校科研团队未来的研究指出方向，以期为国内未来高校科研团队的研究提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract:

Scientific research is one of the major missions of Chinese universities. As the largest group of scientific research, colleges and universities are the important innovation force of our society. Therefore, the research of university research teams should attract the Chinese scholars’ attention. Through collecting the research of domestic scholars on the research team of universities in the past 18 years, and finally selecting the relevant literatures of 341 domestic university research teams. Using descriptive statistics and systematic analysis methods, the research stage of Chinese university research teams is divided.It summarizes the main research topics and theoretical contributions, and further reviews the relevant research situation in China, and puts forward the shortcomings of the research team at the current stage in China, pointing out the direction for the future research of Chinese university research teams, in order to provide reference for the research of future university research teams in China.
