科技企业是知识经济时代的重要力量,针对科技企业成长阶段进行研究有利于更好推动我国科技企业发展。技术创新成长和品牌成长对科技企业成长具有显著作用,基于技术创新和品牌联动关系及各自成长阶段,以组织结构变革和市场顾客群体扩散为划分标准,构建科技企业成长阶段模型,包括聚焦、骤升、规范、成熟和持续五阶段。通过南京威尔药业、巨鲨医疗和华为三家企业进行案例分析,验证了研究模型的正确性,为我国科技企业发展提供路径指导。

Technology enterprises are an important force in the era of knowledge economy. Researching on the growth stage of technology enterprises is conducive to better promoting the development of China"s technology enterprises. Technological innovation and brand play a significant role in promoting the growth of technology enterprises. Based on the linkage relationship between technology innovation and brand and their respective growth paths, the organizational structure changes and the diffusion of market customer groups are used as the criteria to build a growth stage model of technology enterprises, including five stages of focus, rise, normalization, maturity and continuity. Case studies of Nanjing Weier Pharmaceutical, Jusha Medical and Huawei have verified the correctness of the research model. The model will provide route-guidance for the development of China"s technology enterprises.
