智慧农业作为“十三五”时期国家重点培育与发展的新兴产业之一,已经成为农业发展的一大趋势。已有研究缺乏从量化角度研究智慧农业,缺乏考量智慧农业的发展情况以及分析影响智慧农业发展的指标因素。本文基于农业实现“智慧”过程模型,运用灰关联分析法对所建立的广西智慧农业发展状态评价指标体系进行筛选,采用熵权TOPSIS 法模糊物元综合评价模型测算广西2008-2017年广西智慧农业发展状态。结果表明：在研究期广西智慧农业发展状态水平显著提高但增速大幅放缓；农业科技创新能力对广西智慧农业发展状态产生直接拉动作用；农业保险、有电子商务交易活动的企业比重、农业固定资产投资和技术共享水平对广西智慧农业发展状态有显著正效应；广西智慧农业发展状态重要影响因子之一的农业可持续发展状况较差,亟待改善。

As one of the emerging industries of national key cultivation and development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, smart agriculture has become a major trend in agricultural development. Existing studies lack research on smart agriculture from a quantitative perspective, lack of consideration for the development of smart agriculture, and analysis of indicators that affect the development of smart agriculture. Based on the realization of the “wisdom” process model in agriculture, this paper uses the grey relational analysis method to screen the established evaluation index system of Guangxi wisdom agriculture development status. The entropy weight TOPSIS method fuzzy matter element comprehensive evaluation model is used to measure Guangxi wisdom agriculture in Guangxi 2008-2017. Development status. The results show that during the research period, the development level of wisdom agriculture in Guangxi has been significantly improved, but the growth rate has slowed down abruptly; the ability of agricultural science and technology innovation has a direct effect on the development of Guangxi"s smart agriculture; agricultural insurance, the proportion of enterprises with e-commerce transactions, and agricultural fixed The level of asset investment and technology sharing has a significant positive effect on the development status of Guangxi"s smart agriculture. The sustainable development of agriculture, one of the important factors affecting the development of smart agriculture in Guangxi, is in poor condition and needs to be improved.
