Abstract:At present, China"s society is in a period of transition. The eagerness and enthusiasm of the society and the impetuous academic atmosphere sweep the university campus. The professional satisfaction of scientific research personnel in undergraduate colleges is strongly impacted and challenged. Questionnaire surveys of 25 undergraduate colleges in Guangdong Province show that there are internal, external and self-factors affecting the professional satisfaction of scientific research personnel in undergraduate institutions: external factors include input level, evaluation orientation, social opinion, etc.; internal factors include university system, University reputation and the construction of the teaching staff; its own factors include the professional identity of the scientific research personnel, income level, living treatment and job evaluation. In the satisfaction evaluation, the 5-level Likert scale is selected, and the occupational satisfaction of the scientific research personnel in the undergraduate colleges is directly selected as the explanatory variable. The core variables are selected as explanatory variables at the government and social level, the university level, and the scientific researcher level. Try to understand the key influencing factors affecting the career satisfaction of scientific researchers in undergraduate colleges from different angles, and propose countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
