生态效率作为持续发展的关键指标,贯穿于创新和产业发展的全过程。文章选取长三角地区2009—2018年的相关数据,采用耦合协调度模型,测算、比较并分析区域协同创新、产业结构与生态效率耦合度及耦合协调度的时空分异演化情况。研究表明:长三角省域3个子系统耦合度及耦合协调度随时序演化跌宕起伏,阶段性明显,而空间分异更显著,呈现出由上海向四周递减规律;根据长三角不同地区的子系统耦合协调发展状况,可分为4种发展模式:系统高度耦合协调发展、协同创新滞后型、产业结构滞后型及生态效率滞后型,同时生态效率与协同创新和产业结构之间的失调严重制约三元系统耦合协调发展。最后分别提出针对性建议。

As a key indicator of sustainable development, ecological efficiency runs through the whole process of innovation and industry development. Relevant data of the Yangtze River delta from 2009 to 2018 were selected on the article and uses the coupling coordinated degree model to measure, compare and analyze the spatial-temporal evolution of the coupling coordinated degree of regional synergic innovation, industrial structure, and ecological efficiency. The results show that the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the three subsystems in the Yangtze River Delta are ups and downs with the evolution of time series, and the stage is obvious, but the spatial differentiation is more noticeable, showing the law of decreasing from Shanghai to the periphery. According to the coordinated development of subsystems in different regions of the Yangtze River Delta, it can be divided into four development modes: high-coordinated development of the system, synergic innovation lagged, industrial structure lagged, and ecological efficiency lagged. At the same time, the imbalance between ecological efficiency and synergic innovation and industrial structure severely restricts the coordinated development of the ternary system. Finally,the pertinence suggestions are put forward respectively.
