Abstract:High-level innovative teams have always been the focus of the construction of talent teams in China, and the innovative team"s ability to innovate is inseparable from effective evaluation and excitation.Through literature analysis and case analysis of domestic and foreign innovation teams, this paper constructs a high-level innovation team innovation ability evaluation index system from four dimensions: innovation environment, innovation input, innovation output and innovation potential.This paper takes the bioengineering innovation team of academician Ouyang Pingkai of Jiangsu Province as an example, and uses DS evidence synthesis theory to conduct empirical research on the innovation ability of high-level innovation teams.The study found that the current high-level innovative team"s innovation ability is generally "good", but there are still problems such as lack of talents in the team, small research funding, insufficient research and innovation capabilities and improper talents.
