构建广东技术转移体系的经验借鉴—以江苏为例

Experience Learned? for Construction of Technology Transfer System

摘要:

选取江苏作为研究对象，对其技术转移体系建设现状进行梳理，并对江苏省技术转移体系建设特征进行了分析。结合我省技术转移体系建设现状，得出完善技术转移政策体系、建设开放共享技术市场、发展壮大技术转移人才队伍、加强技术转移机构建设等启示，为我省技术转移体系建设提供经验借鉴。

Abstract:

In this paper,the Jiangsu Province was selected as the research sample to sort out the current situation of technology transfer system construction in Jiangsu Province,and has analyzed its characteristic.combining with the present situation of technology transfer system construction in our province,some enlightening suggestions are obtained through analysis, such as improving the policy system of technology transfer, building an open and shared technology market,developing and expanding the talent team of technology transfer, strengthening the construction of technology transfer institutions,which will provide experience for the construction of technology transfer system in our province.
