    在基于集群系统构建与可靠性关系研究基础上,发现集群空间布局规划趋于合理必须以较高的可靠性水平作保障。针对目前先进制造业集群空间布局雷同,集聚水平低等问题,集群主体亟需对现有资源进行空间重构。论文从集群供应链一体化角度构建面向可靠性的先进制造业集群空间布局合理度评估模型。以长三角某区域先进制造业集群空间布局网络规划为例,提出一种基于熵权TOPSIS模型的评估方法,得出各方案空间布局合理度综合排序及关键影响要素,给出合理度等级,确定薄弱环节。结果表明:通过该方法能够综合反映出不同区域先进制造商集群整体空间布局情况,为集群要素整合、流动,形成特色产业空间布局结构提供借鉴与参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on the research on the relationship between cluster system construction and reliability, it is found that the cluster space layout planning tends to be reasonable and must be guaranteed with a high level of reliability. Aiming at the problems of the current spatial layout of advanced manufacturing clusters and the low level of agglomeration, the main body of the cluster urgently needs to restructure the existing resources. From the perspective of cluster supply chain integration, the paper constructs a reliability-oriented evaluation model for the spatial layout of advanced manufacturing clusters. Taking the planning of the spatial layout network of advanced manufacturing clusters in a certain region of the Yangtze River Delta as an example, an evaluation method based on the entropy weight TOPSIS model is proposed, and the comprehensive ranking of the spatial layout rationality and key influencing factors of each scheme are obtained. weakness. The results show that this method can comprehensively reflect the overall spatial layout of the advanced manufacturer clusters in different regions, and provide reference and reference for the integration and flow of cluster elements and the formation of a distinctive industrial spatial layout structure.
