Abstract:The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a new opportunity for the economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. However, with the rapid economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the tremendous pressure on the ecological environment has gradually shifted the focus of attention from economic welfare to ecological welfare. In this paper, using entropy weight method-super efficiency SBM and spatial measurement method, the 13 cities and municipalities of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are taken as research objects, and the regional ecological welfare performance level and spatial correlation in 2005-2017 are measured. The study found that the performance level of ecological welfare in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region showed a volatility in most cities and finally stabilized. The performance level of ecological welfare in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has a certain correlation in space. Observing and analyzing the variation of Moran scatter plot and LISA clustering change map in 2006,2010, 2013 and 2017, it was found that the central cities of Beijing,Baoding,Langfang and Cangzhou mainly formed high-value clusters; The marginal market, Xingtai,Tangshan and Zhangjiakou form a low-value gathering area, which requires the coordinated development of economic and ecological welfare between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
