贸易摩擦是否影响中国知识产权（专利）密集型产业升级发展，企业附加值、研发投入对知识产权（专利）密集型产业的专利申请影响究竟如何，是本论文研究的核心问题。本研究以现有文献为基础，构建了检验模型，以2013~2018年知识产权（专利）密集型产业上市公司的面板数据，进行实证分析，发现贸易摩擦确实严重影响了企业附加值以及发展，研发支出对专利申请的影响效应显著，研发人员数量则无显著效应，专利密集度越高产业受到的贸易摩擦影响程度越低。据此，本研究提出相应的政策建议。

Whether trade friction affects the upgrading and development of China's intellectual property (patent) intensive industries, and how the value-added of enterprises and R&D investment affect the patent applications of intellectual property (patent) intensive industries are the core issue of this paper. Based on the existing literature, this research builds a test model and conduct empirical research based on panel data of listed companies with intellectual property (patent) intensive industries from 2013 to 2018, it turns out that trade frictions have affected the added value and development of enterprises, and the impact of R&D expenditure on patent applications is significant while technical stuff is not. The higher the patent intensity, the lower the impact of trade friction on the industry. Based on this, this research puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
