通过梳理美国国家实验室起源与发展现状,分析其经费投入情况与使命，建立起真实和全面的美国国家实验室立体印象；通过分析广东省实验室的管理运行模式与成效，并借鉴美国国家实验室建设的成功经验，探索有益广东省实验室建设的管理运行模式。

This study on the missions and management model of the U.S. National Laboratories has been established by analysis of origin and development status about the U.S. National Laboratories. In the same time, after having analyzed the construction investments and successful experiences of the U.S. laboratories and the management operation model of Guangdong Laboratories founded recently, the author tried to build a real stereoscopic impression of the U.S. National Laboratories’ development and to offer some proposals for construction of Guangdong Laboratories.
