Abstract:Based on the theory of cognitive behavior, this paper explores the interaction between green culture and environmental management on corporate sustainability performance from the perspective of interaction between culture and behavior. The article uses Smart-PLS 3.0 software to test the impact of green culture and environmental management on corporate sustainability performance with 285 questionnaire data. The study found that: (1) the sustainable development performance of the enterprise is positively affected by the green culture; (2) the environmental management is positively related to the sustainable development performance of the enterprise; (3) the interaction between the green culture and the environmental management has the sustainable development performance of the enterprise. Positive impact. The research results provide a new perspective and evidence for the study of the influencing factors of corporate sustainable development performance, enrich the relevant theoretical research of environmental management, and provides empirical evidence for the construction of corporate green culture.
