    摘要:

    在理清高新技术产业与生产性服务业协同集聚对区域创新效率的作用机理的基础上,通过比较分析和实证研究,结果发现:我国产业协同集聚水平呈现稳步提升的演变趋势和东高西低的地区差异;我国技术研发阶段的创新效率高于经济转化阶段,长三角和珠三角地区技术研发能力更强,京津地区在经济转化阶段更具比较优势;异质性产业通过创新要素耦合、技术波及与溢出效应等作用于区域创新效率,且能有效解决创新过程的脱钩问题;长三角地区能通过产业协同集聚实现创新效率的提升,而京津冀地区产业协同集聚对创新效率的正向影响不显著。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of clarifying the function mechanism of co-agglomeration of high-tech industries and producer services on regional innovation efficiency, through comparative analysis and empirical research, the results show that: the level of co-agglomeration of industries in China presents the evolution trend of steady improvement and the regional difference between east and west; The innovation efficiency of China's technology research and development stage is higher than that of the economic transformation stage. The Yangtze river delta and the Pearl river delta have stronger technology research and development capabilities. Beijing and Tianjin have more comparative advantages in the stage of economic transformation. Heterogeneous industries act on regional innovation efficiency through innovation factor coupling, technology ripple and spillover effect, and can effectively solve the decoupling problem of innovation process. The Yangtze river delta region can achieve the improvement of innovation efficiency through industrial co-agglomeration, while the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has no significant influence on the improvement of innovation efficiency.
