Delicacy Management and Practical Experience of Key Project in National Key Research and Development Program of China

摘要:

国家重点研发计划是2014年科技计划管理改革后整合形成的五类国家科技计划之一,重点专项是目前国家重点研发计划组织实施的载体,通过分析重点专项的特点和组织实施管理流程,结合目前重点专项的管理实践分享了组织和实施管理的实践经验,以期为科研工作者和申报单位组织申报和实施重点研发计划重点专项提供参考和启示。

Abstract:

National key research and development program of China is one important integrated project of five kinds of projects for the reform of science and technology planning management currently in China in 2014. Key projects is as the fundamental element of organization and implementation of National key research and development Program of China. By analyze the characteristic and the process of application, organization, implementation and management of Key project, we shared the experience of organization and implementation based on practice. These will provide inspirations and references for the application and management of the National key research and development programs of China.
