Abstract:The important role of knowledge advantage in the competitiveness of enterprises has always been concerned, but the transformation mechanism of knowledge advantage in the competitiveness of enterprises is rarely studied. Based on the review of relevant research at home and abroad, a mechanism model of the role of knowledge advantage in the competitiveness of enterprises was constructed, and Huawei enterprise were selected for case analysis. Research shows that: (1) In fact, the acquisition of sustainable competitive advantage is the process of building knowledge advantage, which plays an important role in improving the enterprise competitiveness; (2) The transformation process of knowledge advantage to enterprise competitiveness has undergone the knowledge chain links of "internal knowledge-internal response-external knowledge-external response", corresponding to "knowledge acquisition and absorption-knowledge internalization", "knowledge application and innovation" -Knowledge production "," knowledge accumulation and accumulation-knowledge externalization ". This study reveals the internal transformation mechanism of the formation of corporate competitiveness, and provides theoretical guidance and decision-making references for corporate managers to cultivate and enhance their competitiveness.
