高校众创空间创业环境对初创企业绩效的影响研究

摘要:

为构建更高效的高校创业环境，提高初创企业的存活率，对我国高校众创空间创业环境影响初创企业绩效的机制进行实证研究。通过对山东、浙江、广东三省32所高校众创空间的初创企业共计417份样本数据进行调查，研究发现：高校众创空间创业环境显著正向影响初创企业资源整合能力；高校众创空间创业环境显著正向影响初创企业绩效；初创企业的资源整合能力显著正向影响初创企业绩效；初创企业的资源整合能力在高校众创空间创业环境与初创企业绩效之间起到中介作用。

Abstract:

In order to explore the establishment of more efficient campus entrepreneurial environments and improve the survival rate of start-ups, an empirical study is made on the mechanism of the impact of universities’ creating space environment on the performance of start-ups in China. An empirical investigation of a total of 417 sample data of start-ups in 32 colleges and universities in Shandong, Zhejiang and Guangdong found that: Entrepreneurial environment of universities’ creating Space have significantly positive effect on the ability to integrate resources of start-ups, universities’ creating Space have significantly positive effect on Performance of start-ups, The ability to integrate resources have significantly positive effect on Performance of start-ups, The ability to integrate resources plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial environment of universities’ creating space and Performance of start-ups.
