Abstract:Abstract:As an open innovation ecosystem, mass innovation space has the characteristics of multiple subjects, elements and functions. It needs to rely on an effective evaluation index system to promote the cultivation of technological innovation, supervise and standardize management behaviors, optimize the efficiency, and provide strong support for the in-depth integration of industry, universities and research institutes.At present, the evaluation system of the space with strategic ecological theory as the core still needs to be improved, especially in the absence of empirical analysis on specific functional positioning differences, the design of access rules for members, the interaction of entrepreneurial elements, and the modeling details of evaluation indicators.Combined with the characteristics of technology innovation and development, based on survey data, through the subject, object and the space environment elements such as grooming on the function and space is expected, network, knowledge, market cultivation and protection, through the Delphi method to determine the index weight, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method step progressive assessment, perfect "input - output" three form two stage model, and to examine a space in Guangdong province.The conclusion proves that the actual operation efficiency of mass innovation space can be effectively improved by strengthening the planning of entrepreneurial prospect, standardizing spatial operation, optimizing innovation technical service & market incubation service, and enhancing the output of entrepreneurial market.
