Abstract:Integration of international economics and structural change of economic growth have made regional integration a general tarend of events. The combination of production, study and research will help the economy out of the current dilemma greatly. Large-scale scientific facilities play an important role in the development of regional science and technology and economic integration. This article analyzes the optimization layout and co-construction and Sharing ideas of large-scale scientific facilities in the Yangtze River Delta region by mathematical derivation, explores the dilemma and outlets of economic development and interdisciplinary interaction through economic modeling, uses the model to promote the social-economic value for joint development and classified application of the large-scale scientific facilities.Based on the research findings, the following policy recommendations are proposed: large-scale scientific facilities should strengthen classification to avoid duplication of construction, establish and improve the institutional mechanisms of co-construction, co-management and sharing, and realize the coordinated development of regional science and technology and economic integration and collaborative innovation needs to continuously stimulate the operation of government, enterprises, universities and research institutes. Finally, effective resultant force is formed.
