Abstract:In order to effectively improve enterprise innovation performance, this paper deconstructs it into similarity in domain knowledge and dissimilarity in architecture knowledge, taking technical knowledge as the entry point. And analyzes the difference and interaction between them, which also explores the difference effect on enterprise innovation performance. At the same time, it reveals the internal transmission mechanism of routines replication. In combination with the survey data of China's high-tech industry, and multilayer regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis, the results show that the similarity in domain knowledge and the dissimilarity in architecture knowledge having positive effects on innovation performance. There are root differences between conventional routines replication and flexible routines replication, which have a positive impact on innovation performance. Similarity in domain knowledge and dissimilarity in architecture knowledge have different promoting effects on conventional practice replication. Similarity in domain knowledge has stronger positive influence on flexible routines replication, and dissimilarity in architecture knowledge has stronger positive influence on conventional practice replication. The mediating effect of conventional convention replication and flexible convention replication should be different. The mediating effect of conventional routines replication is stronger than that of flexible routines replication. This study reveals the internal mechanism of the influence of technical knowledge and routines replication on innovation performance, which is conducive to pointing out the improvement mechanism of enterprise innovation performance.
