以专利分析为视角，结合碳纤维产业数据并开展典型企业调研，分析了国内外及北京市的产业发展现状，并对国内及北京市碳纤维全产业链所存在的问题进行解读。碳纤维产业长期被日本和欧美所垄断，我国技术与产品与国外仍然存在代差。目前，我国已经初步构建出产学研用合作发展的模式，北京市研发端实力强劲，并涌现出航空航天领域等一批高端制造业企业对碳纤维发展提出了充足的牵引动力，具备整合国内优质资源的基础条件。根据北京市的资源和优势，以碳纤维为例，构建以高端需求为牵引的北京市高端制造业全产业链发展模式。

Carbon fiber industry all over the world is analyzed especially in Beijing ,through 109,091 patents related to carbon fiber industry chain combined with industry data and investigation of typical enterprises.The result shows that the carbon fiber industry has been monopolized by Japan、Europe and the United States for a long time.At present, China has initially constructed a model of industry-university-research-application cooperation,Beijing has a strong r&d strength. A number of high-end manufacturing enterprises, such as aerospace enterprises, have put forward sufficient traction power for the development of carbon fiber. Beijing also has the basic conditions for integrating domestic high-quality resources in the field of carbon fiber.According to the resources and advantages of Beijing, build a development model of industrial chain for high-end manufacturing industrial chain in Beijing taking carbon fiber as an example.
