Abstract:Based on the perspective of the heterogeneity of technological innovation activities., the technological innovation process of the knowledge-intensive business services is divided into two stages: technical research and results transformation.The DEA-BCC model was used to analyze the relationship between the different stages of the knowledge-intensive business services in each province and the manufacturing efficiency in China from 2010 to 2017.The conclusions can be drawn as follows: there are differences in the promotion of manufacturing efficiency at different stages of the knowledge-intensive business services, and the effect of the transformation of the results on the efficiency of manufacturing is more obvious;The improvement of manufacturing efficiency in the scientific research service science research stage is mainly reflected in the promotion of the economic benefits of the manufacturing industry, while the transformation of the technology service industry results in the promotion of the industrial structure of the manufacturing industry is more obvious;Low-efficiency conversion efficiency - Low R&D efficiency areas are mainly concentrated in the central and western regions, and high-efficiency conversion efficiency-high R&D efficiency areas are concentrated in the eastern region; the efficiency improvement approach adopted in most regions is a unilateral breakthrough promotion path.
