Abstract:With the consistent acceleration of economic development in China, complex project management attracts more and more attention, and its’ construction delay has become an issue to be settled urgently. Throughout the research and engineering exploration of domestic and foreign scholars, the construction delays of complex projects are closely related to organization interaction modes and it’s imperious to find theoretical foundation and practice strategy of complex project synchronization. From the angle of organization theory and complex project synchronization theory, complex project organization relations are deeply analyzed, construction delay factors and organization interaction modes are explained, and organization synchronization network of complex projects is built to cope with construction delays. Meanwhile, three types of parameters are used to analyze the network, and key nodes are selected by questionnaire to simplify the model. Finally, the network of an example is visualized by NetMiner and effective strategies are put forward in response to construction delays. Construction delay is studied from the point of view of synchronization theory, which has theoretical innovation significance.
