Abstract:The purpose of knowledge chain is to realize knowledge creation and knowledge collaboration. There are certain risks in knowledge chain. In order to reduce the risk of knowledge collaboration in knowledge chain, the risk evaluation and control model of knowledge collaboration in knowledge chain is constructed. Firstly, the risk evaluation system of knowledge collaboration in knowledge chain is determined from the perspective of knowledge innovation, which is mainly divided into four kinds of risks: knowledge itself risk, technology risk, organization cooperation risk and personnel risk. Then, the final combination weight coefficient of knowledge collaboration risk in knowledge chain is obtained by using the combination weight method of improved intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation method, entropy weight method and variation coefficient integration The improved DEMATEL method is used to analyze the risk factors of network public opinion. Through the calculation of the comprehensive influence degree, the comprehensive influence degree of each risk factor of knowledge collaboration in knowledge chain is obtained, and the risk management and control model of knowledge collaboration in knowledge chain based on incentive mechanism, knowledge sharing degree and knowledge alliance is constructed. The results show that knowledge sharing ability, tacit and transfer ability within knowledge, willingness of knowledge collaboration, clarity of benefit distribution and knowledge learning ability are important risk indicators of knowledge collaboration in knowledge chain from the perspective of knowledge innovation. The evaluation and control model effectively reduces the risk of knowledge collaboration, which has certain reference value and practical value.
