在全球生态危机日益严峻形势下,通过绿色技术创新改善环境绩效迫在眉睫。考察环境规制下企业绿色技术创新对环境绩效的效应具有重要现实意义。本文将单位GDP的用电量、废水排放量和废气排放量作为环境绩效指标。采用半参数估计、面板模型和面板分位数回归模型分析了我国绿色技术创新效率。结果表明,我国环境规制通过绿色技术创新有效提高了环境绩效,企业绿色技术创新是环境绩效提高的主要原因。

Under the increasingly severe situation of global ecological crisis, it is urgent to improve environmental regulation and improve environmental performance. Environmental performance improvement through technological innovation is the basis of sustainable development. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to investigate the mediating effect of technological innovation on environmental performance. In this paper, the power consumption per unit of GDP, wastewater discharge and exhaust gas discharge are taken as environmental performance indicators. Half parameter estimation, panel model and panel quantile regression model are used to verify the mediating effect of technological innovation on environmental performance under environmental regulation in China. The results show that China"s environmental regulation effectively improves environmental performance through green technology innovation. Technological innovation is the main reason for the improvement of environmental performance. The improvement of environmental performance in China must be driven by innovation.
