价值链视角制造业高质量发展的路径与方法*

Path and Method of Regional Manufacturing Industryin China from the Perspective of Value Chain

摘要:

制造业高质量发展是供给侧结构性改革重要举措之一,制造业高级化是推动制造业高质量发展的重要环节。运用熵权,价值链高度和结构优度的方法构建中国制造业高级化模型,对中国区域制造业高级化发展水平进行实证分析。研究发现,制造业高级化发展中存在价值链低端、省域产业结构优度较差和区域间制造业高级化水平差异明显等问题。基于IE方法和价值链视角,设计中国制造业高质量发展的工业工程路径：增加创新投入实现价值链高端化、打开制造业发展开放程度、扩大内需推动省域制造业结构优化。

_{: High Quality Development of manufacturing industry is one of the important measures of supply-side structural reform,the research shows that the advanced manufacturing industry is an important link to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry. Entropy weight, value chain height and structural goodness are used to construct the model of China"s advanced manufacturing industry, and the development level of China"s regional advanced manufacturing industry is empirically analyzed. It is found that there are some problems in the development of advanced manufacturing, such as low value chain, poor industrial structure in provinces, and obvious difference in advanced manufacturing level between regions. Based on IE method and value chain view, design the path of industrial engineering for high quality development of Chinese manufacturing industry: increasing innovation input to realize the high-end value chain, opening up the development and opening up of the manufacturing industry, expanding domestic demand and promoting the optimization of the provincial manufacturing structure.}
